On December 19, 2025, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that it issued a Recovery Fund Quash Order on December 19, 2025, and a formal hearing is no longer necessary.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
