On April 23, 2025, the Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that it had reached a settlement agreement with Respondent that resolved a number of outstanding complaints against Respondent, including this matter. As a result, the hearing currently scheduled for May 12, 2025, is not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
