In addition, the Investigator and Complainant already presented their testimony at the scheduled hearing on February 26, 2025. The April 15, 2025 hearing will begin with cross-examination of Complainant’s testimony by Respondent and then go into Respondent’s testimony. As such, Registrar of Contractors Investigator James Carter does not need to appear for this further hearing.
