HEARING

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on March 7, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Josh Reeves and Colt Heesacker appeared on behalf of Complainant HR Foam and Insulation, LLC. Larry Rutherford and Selena Stubbs appeared on behalf of Respondent Sonoran Sky Builders, LLC, doing business as Silver Rock Builders.

The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the parties advised the Tribunal that they had resolved the matter in dispute and requested that the hearing be vacated.

Based on the parties’ settlement agreement and sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
