ATTENTION: Per the Final Administrative Decision and Order issued by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors on July 15, 2025, this rehearing will focus on whether to recommend an order for restitution for the amount paid by Complainant to Respondent. This September 15, 2025 hearing, will not revisit the workmanship matters already testified to from the June 6, 2025, hearing. Investigator King does not need to appear to this rehearing on September 15, 2025.
