MOTION TO DISMISS

On April 23, 2025, Lejas Corporation, Respondent, through its counsel filed a Respondent’s Motion to Dismiss (Jurisdiction).

On April 28, 2025, Trafficade Service LLC, Complainant, through its counsel filed a Response to Respondent’s Motion to Dismiss.

This Administrative Law Judge asserts that the Arizona Registrar of Contractors has jurisdiction over this matter concerning a payment dispute between two private, licensed contracting companies pursuant to Ariz. Rev. Stat. § 32-1154(A)(10).

It is Ordered that Respondent’s Motion to Dismiss is denied. The April 30, 2025, hearing will move forward as scheduled.
