RESPONDENT

No. 2024A-11173-CHC-ROC

ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

This matter was set for a status update due by August 1, 2025. The parties were to advise the tribunal if the matter had been resolved, more time was needed to resolve the matter, or the matter needed to be set for hearing. Instead of providing the tribunal with any of that information, the parties each communicated to the Office of Administrative Hearings that some corrective work had been performed, but failed to provide the tribunal with any information as to what action the parties wished to occur next in this process. Accordingly, the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on August 18, 2025. On or before this date, Complainant is advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.

If a status update including one of these three options is not received from Complainant by August 18, 2025, the Administrative Law Judge will conclude that the matter has been resolved and the hearing will be vacated.

Done this day, August 7, 2025.
