On July 31, 2025, Complainant, by and through Counsel, filed a Notice of

Settlement with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that

the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter, but were

still in the process of finalizing the agreement and upon execution the parties would file a formal stipulation to dismiss the matter. No such stipulation was received prior to the hearing scheduled for August 4, 2025. The undersigned Administrative Law Judge held the hearing as scheduled on August 4, 2025, but neither party appeared. Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the referring agency for further action.
