At the time set for hearing, the parties orally requested that the matter be continued and set for a status update to provide Respondent with additional time to return Complainant’s deposit through a certified delivery. Good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued, but no hearing date is set.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-entitled matter is set for a Status Update on February 19, 2025. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Notify the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Notify the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Notify the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
