ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

A hearing in the above entitled matter convened on March 21, 2025. After approximately ten minutes, the parties orally requested to set the matter for a status update to afford Respondent additional time to make additional repairs. Good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED that the above-entitled matter is set for a STATUS UPDATE ONLY. On or before April 4, 2025, the parties must notify the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) of one of the following:

(1) Notify the ALJ that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Notify the ALJ that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Notify the ALJ that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
