ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING FINAL STATUS DATE

This matter was previously set for a status update due by June 13, 2025. To date, Complainant has not provided any updates. Respondent has provided an update stating that the matter has been fully resolved.

Therefore,

The hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a FINAL STATUS UPDATE on June 26, 2025. On or before this date, Complainant is advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by

submitting a MOTION TO VACATE the hearing;

(2) Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the

matter by submitting a MOTION TO CONTINUE and reset for STATUS by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and

request that the matter be set for hearing.

If Complainant does not submit a status update by June 26, 2025, the Administrative Law Judge will conclude that the matter has been resolved or Complainant does not wish to proceed with a hearing and the matter will be vacated.
