At the time of the hearing, the parties discussed possibly being able to resolve, or begin to resolve, this matter as of February 15, 2025. The Tribunal is concerned that selected date is a Saturday and the weekend then contains a Monday holiday; thus, the parties may not be able to complete that first stage of possible resolution on February 15, 2025. At the request of the parties, and good cause appearing while the parties are attempting to put in place a payment plan,

IT IS ORDERED the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued for a status update no later than February 21, 2025 whether (1) the parties are satisfied the matter will be resolved through their agreement, and/or (2) additional time is needed for a full resolution, or (3) the matter should be reset for proceeding with the administrative hearing.
