IT IS ORDERED DENYING the Motion. While both cases involve the same parties, the similarities end there, as they involve separate projects and have different Registrar of Contractors Investigators assigned to each. Additionally, the Citations issued in each case allege differing violations.

The matters remain as previously separately scheduled.
