On March 26, 2025, the Tribunal received a notification from Respondent through email stating as follows:

Repairs were scheduled on Friday the 21st 2025, all repairs and items requested by Scott Smith were addressed and completed to his satisfaction on Friday the 21st of March, 2025. No further disputes or request from complainant are pending, and Scott signed a certificate of completion that all work was completed per his request. I request that any complaints against our license be removed at the earliest convenience of the office of the ROC.

On April 8, 2025, Complainant confirmed that the matter is resolved to his satisfaction. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED this matter is vacated from the docket at the Tribunal and remanded to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for any further action.
