ADVISEMENT TO PARTIES

The Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”), received a Phone Call on January 23, 2025 and a Request filed on February 14, 2025 both by Complainant makes the following minute entry:

Complainant provided notice of their intent to appear in-person for the hearing on February 21, 2025 at 1:00pm. The ALJ acknowledges the Complainant’s intention to appear in-person. Per the Office of Administrative Hearings procedures, all exhibits must be submitted electronically. In addition, the Respondent will more than likely continue to appear virtually per the Order issued on January 22, 2025. If the Respondent so chooses to appear in-person, as well, that will be acknowledged in advance.

Furthermore, the Complainant has requested the Investigator to appear in-person and is permitted to do so per the Notice of Hearing.
