Murphy, Attorney on behalf of Complainant filed a Notice of Settlement and Request for Dismissal and Complainant’s Withdrawal of Complaint with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Representative advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the further hearing currently scheduled for April 17, 2025, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
