ORDER
Having reviewed the filings by both parties on July 14, 2025, the ALJ makes the following order:
IT IS ORDERED if the parties have a document dispute, they must follow the June 30, 2025, Order, which stated as follows:
IT IS ORDERED the parties shall meet and confer regarding any discovery issues prior to any subpoena being submitted. If the subpoena-requesting party is unable to achieve a meet and confer within five (5) business days of requesting a meet and confer, it may submit the subpoena. A subpoena request must be accompanied by a statement of relevance for the documents sought.
Any submissions which do not comply with this Order might not be considered.
IT IS ORDERED the request for “appropriate relief” is denied. The Tribunal only has the powers granted to it by the legislature, and no “appropriate relief” or power authorizing such relief was identified.
