Breier, Counsel for Complainant advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for January 6, 2025 at 10:30AM, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
