At the time set for hearing, Complainant orally requested to set the matter for a status update by March 25, 2026, to allow Respondent additional time to complete all repairs. Respondent did not object. Good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on March 25, 2026. On or before this date, the parties must do one of the following:

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
