Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is Complainant’s request to sever the consolidated matters set for hearing on January 2, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.

Upon review and consideration, no good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED DENYING the request to sever. Both of the filed complaints concern the same project and involve the same parties and same investigator. The consolidated matters will be heard together.

Regarding Complainant’s request for certain individuals to be present for the hearing, Complainant may call witnesses to testify and if a subpoena is required to secure such testimony, Complainant may file a subpoena request with the Office of Administrative Hearings in the correct format. Instructions and forms are found on the Office of Administrative Hearings website, www.azoah.com. The parties should utilize that website to familiarize themselves with how an administrative hearing is conducted and the rules for such.
