On March 20, 2025, Pride Pools and Spas, LLC (“Respondent”) filed a Motion to Vacate/Withdraw Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Respondent advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for March 28, 2025, was not necessary. In an email submission dated March 24, 2025, from Scott Emett, Complainant, confirmed the submission and agreed that the matter was settled. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
