HEARING

On May 7, 2025, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a Recovery Fund Quash Order with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that:

On February 28, 2025, the Registrar issued a Notice of Administrative Award in the amount of $6,000.00. Upon review, the Registrar determines that additional review of the proposed administrative award is necessary. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that the Notice of Administrative Award, issued on February 28, 2025, is quashed.

The Registrar will review the claim and take appropriate action in due course. The parties will receive notice of any subsequent action taken by the Registrar in this matter.

Based upon the Registrar’s issuance of a Quash Order in this matter,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
