On June 12, 2025 and June 19, 2025, Superstition Contracting Incorporated, Respondent, through its counsel filed a Motion to Continue Hearing.

This Motion to Continue the hearing to a later date and covert the July 2, 2025, hearing into a status update was not contested by Complainant.

IT IS ORDERED Respondent’s motion is Granted. The Respondent and Complainant representatives shall appear to the July 2, 2025, status conference by utilizing the April 22, 2025 Order which includes the Google Meet link at 9:30am. Investigator Allison does not need to attend the July 2, 2025, status conference.
