A mediation was held in this matter on April 1, 2025. The parties reached a tentative resolution and were to notify the Office of Administrative Hearings that a settlement agreement had been executed. To date, the Office of Administrative Hearings has not received any verification from the parties that the matter is fully resolved. Therefore, the matter is set for a Status Update on June 6, 2025. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
