The Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”), having reviewed the document filed on January 14, 2025 by Wonder Van Degrift, Respondent, makes the following minute entry:

Respondent provided notice of their intent to appear in-person for the hearing on January 23, 2025 at 9:00am. The ALJ acknowledges the Respondent’s intention to appear in-person. Per the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) procedures, all exhibits must be submitted electronically. In addition, the Complainant and Registrar of Contractors will more than likely continue to appear virtually per the Order issued on December 13, 2024 which provided the Google Meet link.
