At the time set for hearing in docket No. 2024A-08302-NPC-ROC, Respondent’s counsel orally renewed its motion to consolidate the above-entitled matter with docket No. 2024A-08300-NPC-ROC, because the matters involve the same parties and the same disputed issues. Complainant’s counsel orally objection to the motion contending that the matters do not involve the same disputed issues.

After considering the motion and the objection, the Administrative Law Judge granted the motion. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that docket No. 2024A-08302-NPC-ROC and docket No. 2024A-08300-NPC-ROC are consolidated, pursuant to Arizona Administrative Code R2-19-109 (A). The hearing in the above-entitled matters is currently scheduled for January 14, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
