ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING FINAL STATUS UPDATE

This matter was previously set for a status update due by February 14, 2025. To date, Complainant has not provided any updates.

Therefore,

The hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a FINAL STATUS UPDATE on March 3, 2025. On or before this date, Complainant is advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by

submitting a MOTION TO VACATE the hearing;

(2) Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the

matter by submitting a MOTION TO CONTINUE and reset for STATUS by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.

If Complainant does not submit a status update by March 3, 2025, the Administrative Law Judge will conclude that the matter has been resolved or Complainant does not wish to proceed with a hearing and the matter will be vacated.
