ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING STATUS DATE

In light of the Status Update filed by Complainant on March 3, 2025, and good cause appearing, this matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on April 7, 2025. On or before this date, Ms. Orton is advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.

If Ms. Orton does not submit a status update by April 7, 2025, the Administrative Law Judge will conclude that the matter has been resolved or that Ms. Orton does not wish to proceed with a hearing and the matter will be vacated.
