HEARING

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on November 27, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Lonnie Parker appeared on behalf of Respondent. Complainant did not appear notwithstanding a grace period provided. Mr. Parker informed the Tribunal that he had paid the outstanding balance due to Complainant just prior to the hearing time.

After the conclusion of the hearing, Complainant sent correspondence to the Office of Administrative Hearings setting forth the following:

This letter is regarding the Hearing Scheduled on Wednesday, November 27, 2024. The Complainant would like to withdraw our complaint. The Respondent paid the balance due in full of $20,558.63.

In light of the above,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for any further action.
