On September 17, 2025, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a Motion to Vacate Formal Hearing through the Assistant Attorney General, with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that a formal hearing is no longer necessary because a Recovery Fund Quash Order has been issued by the Registrar and the hearing currently scheduled for September 19, 2025, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
