The parties have requested that the above-entitled matter be set for a status update indefinitely, or in the alternative, for six months to afford the parties sufficient time to fulfill the terms of a settlement agreement. Good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED that the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on no later than April 8, 2025. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Notify the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Notify the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Notify the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
