At the request of the parties and good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued for a status update while the parties reduce their verbal agreement to a written settlement agreement on March 20, 2025 accompanied by a 50% payment of the determined amount on March 20, 2025 to be followed with a final 50% payment of the determined amount on April 3, 2025.

IT IS ORDERED that Complainant advise the Tribunal on April 4, 2025 of the status of the matter and indicate whether the matter is resolved per the written settlement agreement.
