On December 2, 2024, Respondent submitted a Motion to Vacate the hearing, stating that he completed the work. The hearing convened on December 4, 2024, and Investigator Gregory Johndrow confirmed that the work appeared to be in compliance with the directive based upon photographs supplied by Respondent. Complainant agreed to vacate the hearing, advising that the hearing for the above-entitled matter was not necessary because, having completed the work in compliance with the directive, the parties had resolved all of the outstanding issues.

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS ORDERED remanding this matter to the referring agency for further action.
