On March 24, 2025, D R H Tucson Construction Incorporated (“Respondent”) filed a Motion to Dismiss the Citation and Complaint and Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Respondent advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for April 17, 2025, was not necessary. On April 7, 2025, Jamie Kough, Complainant, agreed to dismiss the matter. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
