The undersigned, having received two (2) requests from Complainants dated January 04, 2025, to appear in-person for the above-captioned matter hereby issues this Minute Entry, granting Complainants’ requests.

In addition, on January 05, 2025, Complainants submitted a 48-page document, Response to Workmanship Deficiencies and Related Retaliatory Allegations, which essentially implores the Tribunal to (1) issue a decision in favor of Complainants and ordering restitution of an unidentified sum, and (2) dismiss Respondent’s purported non-payment affirmative defense. Included in Complainants’ request are five (5) exhibits that are intentionally intertwined with unsworn opinions and factual explanations by Complainants. Complainants request is denied. Complainants’ exhibits 1-5, as submitted, are not permitted entry into the above-captioned matter’s evidentiary record. Complainants are strongly encouraged to read the Notice of Hearing on Contested Case for these proceedings and submit any procedural inquiries to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors or visit https://www.azoah.com well in advance of this hearing.

Moreover, both parties are strongly encouraged to observe any of Office of Administrative Hearings’ public administrative hearings.
