Complainant’s Supplemental Filing in Support of Motion to Quash Subpoena, received February 18, 2025, is denied, no legal basis existing or good cause appearing. Respondent’s clear attempt to rectify the outstanding issue(s) for hearing prior commencement of proceedings, potentially establishing an affirmative defense and/or grounds for dismissal, is action mutually exclusive from the effectuation of the subpoena issued by the undersigned February 10, 2025, and constitutes permissible conduct. Understanding Complainants are appearing pro se before this Tribunal, and delicately presuming they have no formal legal training, the aforementioned explanation is provided as a curtesy.

To that end,

IT IS ORDERED that Complainant may not raise another request for reconsideration regarding the issuance of the February 10, 2025, subpoena hereafter.
