The undersigned Administrative Law Judge, having reviewed the document Objection to Subpoena as filed by Vanessa Vandenheuvel (“recipient”) February 22, 2025, Respondent’s reply received February 28, 2025, and Reply to Respondent’s Response to Objection to Subpoena received March 01, 2025, from recipient, makes the following minute entry:

The underlying subpoena, originally issued February 10, 2025, is upheld with the following modifications:

The recipient shall not be required under the color of subpoena to disclose any private, personal, or otherwise confidential communications that may directly, indirectly, or incidentally include and/or reference Respondent and any of its employees, designees, and/or assignees. Only communications relating to Respondent and the above-captioned matter shall be subject so disclosure. No costs shall be associated with adherence or disclosure by the recipient, and recipient shall reply timely and in good faith.
