ORDER VACATING HEARING
On December 16, 2024, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) issued a Notice of Hearing on Contested Case (“Notice of Hearing”) that scheduled an hearing before the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings (”OAH”) on January 24, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. to address the issue of whether grounds exist for disciplinary action to be taken against ROC License No. 317078 for alleged violations of Arizona Revised Statutes (“Ariz. Rev. Stat.”) §§ 32-1154(A)(3); Arizona Administrative Code (“Ariz. Admin. Code”) R4-9-108(a), and 32-1154(A)(22).
On January 24, 2025, per request of Complainant, an Order Granting Continuance was issued by the Tribunal that set a Status Update for April 24, 2025. Correspondence was not returned as undeliverable.
On April 24, 2025, per request of Complainant, an Order Granting Continuance was issued by the Tribunal that set a Status Update for July 24, 2025. Correspondence was not returned as undeliverable.
On July 24, 2025, per request of Complainant, an Order Granting Continuance was issued by the Tribunal that set a Status Update for September 12, 2025. Correspondence was not returned as undeliverable.
On September 05, 2025, per request of Complainant, an Order Granting Continuance was issued by the Tribunal that set a Status Update for October 08, 2025. The order included the following advisement(s), in pertinent parts:
On or before this date the parties shall submit one of the following motions to the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”):
(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing, or
(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be Set for Hearing.
No further continuance shall be granted in this matter absent a prima facie showing of exigency. Failure to timely submit a Status Update may result in the matter being vacated from OAH’s calendar and remanded to the referring agency for further action, if any, pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code R2-19-111(4).

Correspondence was not returned as undeliverable.
On October 09, 2025, as a courtesy, the Tribunal informed Complainant that the October 08, 2025, Status Update was past due, and warned that the matter would be vacated for failure to comply if not received by the end of the day. No response was received by or on behalf of Complainant.
In light of the foregoing,
IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code R2-19-111(4), this matter is hereby vacated from OAH’s hearing calendar and is remanded to the Registrar for further action, if any.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Complaint No. 2024-06201 be closed by the Registrar, without prejudice.
