COMPLAINANT,
v.

License No. ROC 296890,
RESPONDENT.
No. 2024A-06025-NPC-ROC
Minute Entry
The assigned Administrative Law Judge, having reviewed the document filed on October 2, 2024, issues the following Minute Entry:
The document, consisting of an email sent by Respondent’s representative, William Keshishi, disagreeing with the Administrative Law Judge’s Recommended Decision, requests the following:
I respectfully wish to proceed with further court hearing or any other action that follows.
I can provide further documentation and evidence to support my claim if needed.
I appreciate any further chance given to me to present my case and save my license.
It should be noted that Respondent was represented by counsel at the hearing. However, counsel did not file a Notice of Appearance or any other documents, and therefore, there is no contact information for Respondent’s counsel. Mr. Keshishi did not copy Respondent’s counsel on the email.
The email will not be considered as it was either inappropriately sent to the Office of Administrative Hearings or no further action can be taken on the matter. Although the document will be retained in the file, it should not be responded to by any party.
Any further correspondence/motions must be submitted directly to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
Done this day, October 2, 2024.
