ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The further hearing in the above-captioned matter was scheduled to convene on April 1, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Complainant Steve Anderson appeared on his own behalf with his wife, Cherraine Anderson. Dennis Wilenchik, Esq. represented Envision Windows and Doors, LLC (“Respondent”). Abel Lopez and Galindo Lopez were present on behalf of Respondent. Arizona Registrar of Contractors Investigator David Fagerburg appeared as a witness.

Prior to the commencement of the further hearing, the parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the parties informed the Tribunal that they had entered into a settlement agreement, however, needed additional time in which to execute the terms of their agreement.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on May 1, 2025. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for further hearing.
