After ROC issued the Notice of Hearing, Complainant requested to appear in person. The parties were so notified. Responder filed a last minute exparte request for a good cause continuance, of which the undersigned was unaware until 20 minute before the noticed hearing time. Complainant arrived for the hearing, unaware whether the motion had been granted. ROC Investigator Smith appeared. Respondent did not appear.
