ORDER VACATING

HEARING

On February 17, 2026, Southern Arizona Structures, LLC (“Respondent”), through counsel, filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Written Answer to Legal Citation (“Notice of Withdrawal”) with the Office of Administrative Hearings. In filing the Notice of Withdrawal, Respondent advised that it has withdrawn its previously filed Written Answer to the Legal Citation issued in this matter. Respondent further indicated that “[t]his withdrawal is made for the purpose of allowing the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“ROC”) to proceed by issuing a Default Decision and Order imposing discipline on Respondent’s license.”

In light of the above, and pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
