On September 16, 2024, Respondent Southwest Integrated Solutions, Inc. (“Respondent”), through counsel, filed a Notice of Resolution & Request to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings, in which Respondent’s counsel advised that the parties “have resolved this matter and entered into a settlement agreement permitting Respondent to file this Notice on behalf of the parties. They have agreed that this administrative complaint can be closed.”

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
