ORDER VACATING HEARING

On March 3, 2025, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a Notice of Status Update with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainant advised that Delbert Ondi Williamson (“Respondent”) had resolved his licensing issues with the Registrar. As such, the State moves to vacate the matter before the Office of Administrative Hearings.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
