Complainant is advised that this will be the final continuance granted for the requested reason of obtaining subpoenas for the hearing. With this continuance, Complainant has now been granted ample opportunity to do so.

Regarding Respondent’s challenge to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors’ (“Registrar”) jurisdiction over this matter, the Registrar has forwarded this matter to the Office of Administrative Hearings to conduct an administrative hearing, and therefore, the hearing will be conducted. Respondent may argue a lack of jurisdiction at the time of the continued hearing. However, the parties are on notice that the matter will proceed to a hearing on the merits and they should be prepared to address the issues set forth in the Citation and the Notice of Hearing.
