ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

A hearing in the above-entitled matter convened at 1:00 p.m. on October 3, 2024. During closing arguments, the parties agreed to discuss their dispute off of the record in the absence of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ). After approximately 10 minutes, the parties notified the ALJ that they agreed to settle their dispute. The parties requested that the matter be set for a status update to allow the parties additional time to complete the terms of their agreement. Good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED the parties must notify the tribunal, no later than November 15, 2024, of one of the following:

(A) The parties have fulfilled the terms of their agreement and request to vacate the hearing,

(B) The parties seek a continuance because additional time is needed to fulfill the terms of the agreement, or

(C) The parties would like the matter to be reset for hearing.
