At the request of the parties and good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued for a STATUS UPDATE on March 24, 2025. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a motion to continue and reset for status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.

The status date provides ample time for the mediation date to be set and take place. After the mediation, the Tribunal will have a clear understanding on which status above will need to take place. Documentation on mediation date and time is forthcoming.
