The Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”), having reviewed the Motion for Leave to Respond to Motion to Reconsider filed on October 27, 2025 by Respondent and the Supplement Clarifying Motion to Reconsider filed on October 30, 2025 by Complainant, makes the following minute entry:

The expediency in issuing the October 24, 2025, Order Rescinding the October 23, 2025, Order Vacating Hearing was primarily to prevent the Arizona Registrar of Contractors from dismissing the matter per the Order Vacating Hearing dated October 23, 2025 due to no status update received.

This matter is now back in the jurisdiction of the Office of Administrative Hearings and will move forward with the prehearing conference on November 14, 2025.

Respondent may still respond to Complainant’s Motion to Reconsider.
