IT IS ORDERED the Motion in Limine to exclude violations of a non-disclosure agreement is denied to the extent that the non-disclosure agreement is used to dispute whether or not amounts were due under the relevant contract(s). The parties may request a prehearing conference to further discuss the scope of this issue.

IT IS ORDERED the parties shall meet and confer, and in a joint filing, submitted by February 22, 2025, they shall inform the Tribunal of the estimated length of time needed for this hearing. The parties will also propose a due date for providing stipulated facts and exhibits.
