HEARING

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on September 27, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Complainant Kamal Bhitrakoti appeared on his own behalf. Arizona Registrar of Contractors Investigator John Peru was present. Respondent DC Builders, LLC did not appear.

Prior to the commencement of the hearing, Mr. Bhitrakoti advised the Tribunal that the parties had recently resolved the remaining matters in dispute, and further advised that he did not wish to proceed with the hearing.

Based on the above,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
